Edoh Amenounve, I’m there, I’m staying there !

He has already been nominated there since 2021, by the Board of Directors for an initial mandate of three years. Togolese Edoh Kossi Amenounve, also head of the BRVM (Regional Securities Exchange), according to information, is once again elected for a second term within the Exchange Review Council (ERC) of Nasdaq. He therefore remains in post, according to the BRVM, based in Abidjan, until 2027.
For information, founded in 1971, the ERC, a specialized committee of Nasdaq, a major player on the world stage of electronic stock markets, is responsible for supervising the consistent and fair application of market rules, as well as maintaining the discipline among the members and membership organizations of the Nasdaq stock exchanges.
Note that Mr. Amenounve is the only non-American and African member to sit there since its creation.
