Bodjona returns to Faure Gnassingbé as Special Advisor

This was made official according to various media sources by a decree of appointment which would be signed by the Head of State, Faure Gnassingbé, on December 29, 2023. According to this document cited extensively by several of our colleagues, the former minister of State of Faure Gnassingbé, who has fallen into disgrace since the outbreak of an international fraud affair, Pascal Bodjona is appointed Special Advisor, in charge of political affairs.
It is a return to the good graces of the Head of State which does not surprise some in the circle of the Togolese Head of State who are aware of the evolution of the situation which led the Large format minister to carry out previously missions on behalf of the tenant of the Togolese Marina. Another sign that could convince of this continuation was the presence of Pascal Bodjona on May 3, 2020, at the Place des Fêtes of the Togolese Presidency, at the swearing-in ceremony of the Head of State, Faure Gnassingbé for the mandate 2020-2025.
