Agbétomey deposed, Nahm-Tchoudji new Minister of Justice !

The tenant of the Togolese Ministry of Justice, since 2015, Kokouvi Pius Agbétomey is packing his bags. He is sacked. Instead, the now former Minister in charge of Justice is Judge Guy Mipamb Nahm-Tchoudji.
Until then also Professor of law at the University of Lomé, the new Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Legislation was appointed yesterday Tuesday January 16 by presidential decree.
As a mission for the new boss of the Togolese judicial system, he will have to continue the road map of his predecessor which is to work to reconnect with impartiality for effective justice at the service of citizens.
Note that the new Minister of Justice was also a member of the Constitutional Court of Togo.
